ugh another sleepless night that will only aggravate my PCOS induced fatigue tomorrow and so much to do. Good news though is I’ve found something that helps (other than a warm bath which is always nice too) it’s mint tea! Not only does it settle your stomach when needed but its all natural and caffeine free!
Lori’s mint tea recipe
A few mint leaves from your garden (or grocery store)
squirt of local honey
Bring water & mint leaves to a boil then add honey and enjoy hot or cold, it’s delicious and so soothing!
